In the first six months of the year, €2.3m worth of apartment deals closed at Asmita Gardens, according to Premier Estate. About four units were sold per month. The Bucharest residential project is currently 65 percent occupied. Prices range between €1,022/sqm and €1,070/sqm. The complex has a total of 765 apartments, of which 312 units are still available: 129 two-room units, 155 three-room units and 28 four-room units. Asmita Gardens, built on a 150,000 sqm plot, includes seven 25-floor residential towers, 800 parking spaces, a spa, a gym and swimming pools.
