A year after Asmita Gardens was declared insolvent, there are still 371 apartments available in the mixed-use project. There were 10 apartments, totalling €1.2m, sold in October, according to the news server Wall Street. Since the insolvency proceedings began, 64 apartments have been sold at an average price of €1,050 per sqm, down from €1,600 per sqm.
Asmita Gardens includes a total of 758 apartments in seven towers as well as 5,900 sqm of commercial space and 9,000 sqm of green space and children’s playgrounds.
Euro Insol was appointed the judicial receiver.
