The Polish IT company Asseco has announced that it acquired shares in Centrum Komputerowe ZETO constituting 99.87 percent of the votes at the general assembly meetings. Asseco paid nearly PLN 42.5m for 99.84 percent stake in ZETO, which valued its shares at PLN 0.99. Asseco signed 108 purchase agreements with the ZETO’s shareholders through which it acquired 48,940 shares, or 99.87 percent of the share capital.
