The Domain Tallahassee, a 434-bed student housing community, has been completed by developer Asset Campus Housing. Located at 700 W. Virginia St., the community will offer units of up to four bedrooms ranging from 659 to 1,682 square feet. Amenities in the community include a 24-hour fitness facility, computer center with Macs, PCs and printing, resort-style pool, Wi-Fi hot spots and outdoor grilling stations. Trash, sewer, cable television, internet and water are all included in the rent price. The Domain sits adjacent to FSU and allows residents walking access to campus through a tunnel that runs under Tennessee Street. Asset Campus will also serve as serve as property manager.
