Small Brothers and Autumn Senior Living are set to start work on an assisted living and memory care facility in Clearwater, Florida. The first phase of Aravilla Clearwater will feature 84 units and 95 beds in a 65,000 sq ft facility. A second phase will add a three-story, 105,000 sq ft assisted living center that will connect to the memory care community. Small Brothers’ sister company, Cleveland Construction, will build the facility, based on a design by Curts Gaines Hall Jones Architects. The first phase is scheduled for completion in 2020.
