AsstrA, a company specializing in transportation and contract logistics, has extended its office lease agreement at The Park complex in Warsaw, simultaneously expanding the space it occupies there to more than 2,000 square meters. REINA Company experts advised on the renegotiation of the contract.
The Polish branch of AsstrA has been operating in The Park complex since 2016, initially leasing an office of 1.3 thousand square meters. Along with dynamic growth and increased employment, the company also gradually increased the office’s square footage – the current contract is for more than 2 thousand square meters.

AsstrA’s decision to expand its office is an example of long-term thinking about workspace. The Park Warsaw developed by White Star Real Estate, located in Warsaw’s Włochy district, consists of seven completed office buildings. Ultimately, the project will include twelve buildings, with a total rentable area of about 130,000 sqm. A distinctive feature of the project is a large amount of greenery and a wide range of services for tenants, including a food and beverage area, a grocery store, a gym or a bilingual kindergarten.
