Pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca renewed its lease on 7,000 sqm and took an additional 6,200 sqm at Postepu 14, an office building in Warsaw developed by HB Reavis. JLL represented AstraZeneca throughout the lease negotiation process. The property offers 34,500 sqm of office on 10 floors and is located at the corner of Marynarska and Postepu streets in Warsaw. The building has a BREEAM Excellent certificate and is equipped with energy-saving features such as electric-vehicle charging stations and energy-efficient high-speed lifts. “We are very pleased that AstraZeneca appreciates the facilities at Postepu 14. The expansion and lease renewal demonstrates that high-quality office space there remains attractive to tenants and well-managed buildings with a wide-range of amenities enhance the comfort of their workplace,” says Sylwia Piechnik, senior leasing manager at HB Reavis Poland.
