Pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca signed a lease on 7,000 sqm at HB Reavis’ Postępu 14 offices in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. AstraZeneca will move into the BREEAM Excellent-certified building in December, taking the fifth, sixth and seventh floors in the project’s eastern wing. The company employs nearly 58,000 people worldwide, with 500 based in Poland.
Located at the corner of Marynarska and Postępu streets, Postępu 14 offers 34,500 sqm of space on seven floors. Postępu is the second investment HB Reavis delivered in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, following the Konstruktorska Business Center.
