Prologis Park Ostrava no longer has 13,600 sqm of space available, as the entire space has been leased by AT Computers. The space was previously occupied by Brose CZ.
“This is the second large lease in the Ostrava area within a short span of time. The supply of space of such size is limited in the region. AT Computers’ demand came exactly at the same time as the space was vacated, so they could move in immediately. If their requirements had differed, for example, from the technological standard available, they would have had to wait for several months for a new hall to be built,” says Jaroslav Kaizr, Head of the Industrial Letting Team at Cushman & Wakefield in the Czech Republic.
AT Computers is one of the largest computer wholesalers in the Czech Republic and the country’s biggest manufacturer of PCs. Prologis Park Ostrava has a total area of more than 65,000 sqm.
