ATAL, a nationwide developer, has increased its supply of apartments in Warsaw by 143 loka-le. Sales of them began today in the second stage of the Osiedle Poematu investment. It is being built in the Wawer district, which is gaining in importance also thanks to new road connections to the city center. Prices of apartments in developer condition range from PLN 11,200 to 13,400 per sqm, and turnkey finishing packages are available from as little as PLN 999 per sqm.
The capital’s primary market is strongly affected by the lack of new apartments. The introduction of the second stage of Osiedle Poemat to our offer therefore fits well with current demand. In addition, this investment compares very favorably in terms of value for money, as well as with regard to the average offer per square meter of an apartment in Warsaw, which in September exceeded PLN 16,000. The right bank of the capital is one of the most attractive places on the Warsaw real estate market in recent times. This is heavily influenced by the Warsaw Southern Ring Road and the South Bridge South Bridge, which connects Wawer with Wilanow,” comments Angelika Kliś, a member of ATAL’s management board.
The second stage of the Poem Estate will feature 143 units, ranging in size from 33 to about 117 sqm, in layouts from 1 to 5 rooms, in one building. Apartments on the first floor will be equipped with a balcony or terrace, while those on the first floor will have a garden. Additional amenities will include parking spaces in an underground garage, including 19 eco spaces, and surface parking.
Buyers can finish their “M” “turnkey” under the ATAL Design program. Basic, Optimum and Premium packages, varying in standard, cost from PLN 999 to PLN 1499 per sqm.
