Atal Group contracted 730 units in Q1 2024 against 401 units a year earlier, the company announced. This year’s sales plans call for contracting around 3,000 units, it also stated.
In the individual months of Q1 2024, the Group signed the following quantities of currently active contracts:
– January 2024: 289 development and preliminary contracts,
– in February 2024: 225 development and preliminary agreements,
– March 2024: 216 development and preliminary agreements”. – the release reads.
Atal Group had 373 active reservation agreements at the end of Q1 2024.
Since the beginning of this year, the Group has recorded a stable and high level of interest in the offer from buyers. This year’s sales plans envisage contracting around 3,000 units. The entry of a new government programme supporting selected groups of buyers in the property market may prove to be an additional stimulating factor for sales, Atal announced.
CEO Zbigniew Juroszek commented that contracting in the first quarter of this year was “definitely higher” than in the same period last year and close to the results of Q2 and Q3 2023. Q4 of last year was an exceptional period, and thus unreliable, due to the closure of the 2% Safe Credit programme.
“Customers remain active in the housing market, demand is high and stable. Both interest rate cuts in the second half of the year and the launch of the new government support for home buyers may prove to be additional drivers. In connection with the planned government programme, we have decided to introduce our own ‘Decision on instalments’ solution to our offer, which guarantees buyers the current price of a flat and extends the whole purchase decision process until this autumn,” Juroszek said.
Atal Group – after delivering 2,806 residential and commercial units in 2023. – generated consolidated revenues of PLN 1.5 billion. Last year, the Atal Group generated a consolidated net profit of over PLN 341 million. The net margin in 2023 was 22.8 per cent. In 2023, the Atal Group concluded 2,833 development and preliminary contracts.
