Atal handed over 2,806 units in 2023 and wants to release around 2,500 units in 2024

Atal saw a total of 2,806 residential and commercial units handed over (net) to buyers in 2023 in revenue, the company said. In 2024, it expects to release around 2,500 units, said CEO Zbigniew Juroszek.

In 2023, the largest number of units were released in Wrocław (795), the Tri-City (552), Katowice (428), Poznań (402), followed by Łódź (221), Kraków (206) and Warsaw (202), Atel announced.

“The number of units handed over last year, and especially in the fourth quarter, will certainly translate positively into the company’s profitability. We have three extremely intensive months behind us, in which we released a very large number of flats. In the last quarter, we made almost half of the entire last year’s result. Therefore, a positive impact of the number of handovers on the full-year results is to be expected. Taking into account the scale of ongoing development projects, the construction schedule and the stock of units still to be delivered, we expect that we should deliver around 2,500 units in 2024,” said CEO Zbigniew Juroszek.

In Q4 2023 alone, the group released 1,200 units, with the largest number of units released in the Tri-City (310), Wrocław (299), Katowice (233), Poznań (159), followed by Łódź (119), Warsaw (56) and Krakow (24).
