ATAL has started construction and sales of flats in the Idea development in Swarzedz near Poznań. This is the first project by this nationwide developer in the city. There are three stages to the investment.
The first of these will comprise 128 functional and comfortable flats, among which 2- and 3-room units will predominate. The price range: from PLN 8,500 to 11,000 per square metre in developer condition.

In the first stage of the ATAL Idea Swarzędz project, customers can choose from apartments with areas ranging from 29 to 82 sqm and layouts from 1 to 4 rooms. All flats will be located in one spacious building. The investment’s advantage will be the well-thought-out and comfortable infrastructure of the estate. It will include, among other things, a spacious underground garage with parking spaces, external parking spaces and storerooms.
The building will be distinguished by its simple but original form. The minimalist colour scheme of the façade will be maintained in natural colours, and in combination with spacious windows the whole will gain a modern and timeless character.

It will take only a few minutes to get to the centre of Swarzędz and only a dozen or so to get to Poznań.
