ATAL has started construction and sales of flats in the Idea development in Swarzedz near Poznań. This is the first project by this nationwide developer in the city. There are three stages to the investment.
The first of these will comprise 128 functional and comfortable flats, among which 2- and 3-room units will predominate. The price range: from PLN 8,500 to 11,000 per square metre in developer condition.

In the first stage of the ATAL Idea Swarzędz project, customers can choose from apartments with areas ranging from 29 to 82 sqm and layouts from 1 to 4 rooms.
