ATAL is expanding the Francuska Park estate in Katowice

ATAL, a nationwide developer, has introduced 165 flats and 3 commercial units for sale as part of the next stage of the Francuska Park estate. Already under construction for a decade in Katowice.

It has been under construction in Katowice for a decade and is very popular among customers, among others because of its exceptionally attractive location – in the vicinity of the Katowice Forest Park in Muchowiec, the Three Ponds Valley and a short distance from the city centre. The de-developer’s full range of flats in the Upper Silesian metropolis will be available to view during the real estate fair on 17 and 18 February at the MCK in Katowice.

Francuska Park is one of the region’s most recognisable multi-stage development projects. Its main idea was to create a modern, well-located housing estate close to the centre and green areas. Although the name refers to Francuska Street, where the construction of the complex began, its later stages were also realised on Gliding Street.

The history of this project is the quintessence of our approach to the development business: creating new mini-housing districts, comfortable to live in and with easy access to all amenities. At the same time, it shows how ATAL has grown in the Silesian agglomeration over the decade and how strongly it has become part of its residential landscape. Counting the completed and on-sale stages, the Francuska Park estate alone has added around 1,550 flats and 20 commercial premises in 16 buildings. I draw attention to the service areas, as they enable residents to use services such as a clinic, a we-terinary or beauty salon or a mini-shop on their own estate. However, in terms of shopping, it is still a perfect location as the nearby shopping centre can be reached within a few minutes’ walk,” says Angelika Kliś, a member of ATAL’s management board.

As part of the new stage of the estate, 165 flats have been designed in two 8-storey multi-family buildings, with layouts ranging from 2 to 5 rooms and floor areas from 39 to as much as 138 sqm. Their price range is from PLN 10,400 to PLN 13,500 per square metre in shell condition. For an additional charge (from PLN 999 to 1,499 per sq.m.), buyers can have their “M” finished on a turnkey basis using the ATAL Design programme, in one of the three available packages: Basic, Optimum and Pre-mium. The commercial units will cost PLN 8,000 net per square metre.

Each flat will have large windows to ensure optimal sunlight, as well as front loggias, balconies and terraces. The large size of the terraces will allow the space to be arranged almost like a home garden.

The tastefully designed recreational area of Francuska Park will fit perfectly into the concept of the entire estate. It will promote relaxation and integration of residents. The Francuska Park estate is located in an excellent location – at Szybowcowa Street, in the vicinity of the vast, green area next to the Muchowiec civil sports airport. The district is famous for its unique park and forest formation, which also includes the Three Ponds Valley (Dolina Trzech Stawów), offering space for a variety of sports and relaxation in nature. There is a bathing area with a beach, numerous cycling and skating paths, as well as cafés and restaurants. All this together creates a coherent whole, conducive to relaxation.

Another unquestionable advantage of this location is the convenient transport infrastructure. Motorists will appreciate the proximity of the A4 motorway and other key road infrastructure in the region (e.g. DTŚ or DK 86). Those who prefer public transport will find it easy to get to the university, school or work thanks to the proximity of bus stops, while the journey to the city centre will take only several minutes. All these aspects are in line with the urban planning concept, which aims to create a friendly living space and the availability of institutions necessary on a daily basis, such as schools, kindergartens, clinics or shops.

The flats are being sold by the developer’s Katowice office at 10 Porcelanowa St. On 17-18 February at the MCK in Katowice, during the Silesian Real Estate & House Construction Fair, ATAL will present its full regional offer of flats. It consists of about 1,400 currently available flats in nine investments or their phases in Katowice, Chorzów and Gliwice. It is supplemented with commercial premises and ATAL Sky+ investment units, which is a unique offer in the agglomeration for clients from this segment.
