The developer Atal kicked off construction work on the Atal Marina residential project kicked off this month in Warsaw’s Białołęka district. It’s the first investment by the Cieszyn-based developer in Warsaw, that’s expected to provide 178 flats, ranging from 33 sqm to 110 sqm. The five-building scheme will also offer a parking garage for 222 vehicles. The €13m investment will be filled by four and five-storey building which are due to open in the second quarter of 2014.
