ATAL has added 90 flats to its offer, which it is building as part of the intimate Na Opoczyńskiej investment in Wrocław. They will be built in five buildings, 18 units each, in two- and three-room layouts. The price range of the offer: PLN 11,100 – 12,400 per sq m in a developer condition. A turnkey finishing option is also available within the three ATAL Design packages, which cost from PLN 999 per sqm.
Customers most often buy two- and three-room flats. Especially now, when the offer of new flats on the market is very limited, and the total price is related to the limits applicable to the in the loan subsidy programme. This prompted us to plan Na Opoczyńska exclusively for the aforementioned layouts of flats, in the proportion of 60 to 30, with the predominance of ‘threes’ – explains Angelika Kliś, a member of ATAL S.A.’s management board.
The advantage of the Na Opoczyńskiej estate is its location in a green and peaceful neighbourhood, far from the bustle of the city. Low-rise buildings will give the investment an intimate character. The buildings will be maintained in shades of white and grey, and the gabled roofs will give them a light appearance. Another advantage of the investment is the sports and recreational facilities. Just a 15-minute walk away is the extensive Złotnicki Park. It is also not far from Glinianki, a popular place for summer recreation for Wrocław residents.
