The Cieszyn-based developer Atal has secured an occupancy permit for its Wrocław residential building Dyrekcyjna 33. The project offers 222 apartments, ranging from 26 sqm to 129 sqm. Prices start at PLN 6,700 per sqm. The scheme also offers nine retail and service units. The building was designed by AP Szcepaniak.
“Wrocław is very competitive. Many developers operate here, and the buyers are demanding,” said Ewelina Juroszek, the sales director at Atal. “Therefore, we are even happier with the fact that we have sold 203 apartments in our Wrocław projects. We will continue to replenish our offer. In July, we launched sales for the Stara Odra Residence project, and we are planning to start some more projects before the end of the year.”
