In the very center of Katowice, in the vicinity of, among others, the Spodek arena and the International Congress Center, ATAL, a nationwide developer, is carrying out an investment that includes the construction of three high-rise buildings. One of them is the 17-story high-rise C, at which foundation work is currently underway. The entire ATAL Olimpijska complex totals 710 apartments and 17 commercial units, including 214 apartments and six units in tower C. The dominant feature of the development will be a 35-story skyscraper 128 meters high, making it the tallest residential building in the region.
ATAL Olimpijska is our top project in Katowice. Its features, such as localization, quality of materials used and number of floors, among others, make this investment spectacular and place it in the premium category. We see great interest in this type of construction in the capital of the Upper Silesian metropolis, as there is still little on offer in this market segment. The high-rise apartment buildings we are building in Katowice are helping to change the architectural face of this part of the city. Our two other investments in the downtown area are ATAL Sky+, which is currently under construction, and the completed Sokolska 30 Towers, which was awarded in the international competition The European Property Awards last year,” says Angelika Kliś, a member of ATAL’s management board.
ATAL began construction work on Olimpijska Street in December 2021. The construction of the tallest
of the buildings has already reached the penultimate floor and a symbolic topping out will soon be placed on it. Building A has already been erected to its full height, while work on tower C is only at the foundation slab stage.
ATAL presented the entire project last summer and at the same time began selling apartments in it. The greatest availability is in building C, which is in the earliest stage of construction. Currently, in building C apartments cost from PLN 11,300 to PLN 16,200 per sq. m. in developer condition. This is a similar price range to that of the other two high-rise buildings, where the apartments still available cost from PLN 11,200 to 16,700 per sqm.
For an additional fee (from PLN 999 to PLN 1,499 per sqm), buyers can finish their “M” “turnkey”
under the ATAL Design program, in one of three available packages: Basic, Optimum and Premium.
In Building C, there is a choice of apartments with areas ranging from about 25 to 89 sqm, in a variety of layouts: from 1 to 4 rooms. The offer is supplemented by 6 commercial units, which cost PLN 10,000 net per sqm.
Two underground floors in Tower C will accommodate 188 traditional and 52 family garage spaces, as well as motorcycle stalls and storage units.
For the convenience of future tenants, numerous amenities have been planned, including bicycle rooms, storage rooms for accessories and a recreation area with greenery and small architecture. On the first floor of the tallest building in the ATAL Olimpijska complex there will be a reception desk, and on the top floor – a panoramic terrace. Part of the infrastructure will be outdoor parking spaces with the possibility of a charging station for electric cars.
Residents of ATAL Olimpijska will surely appreciate the proximity of urban infrastructure, entertainment and leisure facilities and leisure activities, as well as excellent access to public transportation. Indeed, the investment’s trump card is its location.
