ATAL has started selling 126 flats in the Przewóz 42 in-investment in Kraków. At this address, in the Podgórze district, a 5-storey building with a modern, elegant design is being constructed. It was designed by the Cracow-based architects’ group ATAL. The investment will perfectly fit in with the character of the neighbourhood – both the extensive green areas and the nearby architecture. The offer includes flats with layouts ranging from one to five rooms. Prices range from PLN 11,800 to 15,000 per square metre in shell condition.
In the currently heavily sold-out Krakow market, the new development is bound to attract a lot of customer interest. Especially when among its assets is a good location, with extensive infra-structure around. In order to reach the largest possible group of customers, both singles and large families, we have diversified the offer in terms of the size of the flats – says Angelika Kliś, a board member of ATAL S.A.
The flats in ATAL’s Przewóz 42 development will range from 27 to 128 sqm. They will be well sunlit and well arranged, which will enable an attractive and ergonomic arrangement of the interior. Many of them will have balconies or loggias, and at level -1 there will be storerooms and parking spaces.
For an additional charge (from as little as PLN 999 per square metre), customers can have their flat finished “turnkey”, using one of the three options of the ATAL Design finishing package.
Podgórze is a district in the south-eastern part of Krakow, with many advantages of a large agglomeration. It is one of the favourite parts of the city for Krakow’s residents, where residential development has greatly accelerated in the last decade. Everyone will find here almost everything they need for a comfortable everyday life and for leisure activities. Picturesque green areas, including the Bagry Reservoir, the Krak Mound or the Old Quarry, provide an excellent place for rest or recreation.
In the immediate vicinity of the Przewóz 42 ATAL investment there are numerous tourist attractions as well as road and commercial in-frastructure, including three large shopping malls that can be reached in in less than a quarter of an hour by car or by public transport. In the area, residents will also have a wide range of shops, food and service establishments, as well as entertainment venues. There is also a wide range of educational facilities, which will be appreciated by parents with young children.
The neighbourhood is very well connected to the rest of the city. The project is being developed on one of the city’s biggest arterial roads, and the centre can be conveniently reached by several bus and tram lines. The stops are located within walking distance.
