Atal is working on a residential investment called Nowe Bemowo in Warsaw. Located on Narwik street, the project will include 90 apartments in a three-story building. Ranging from 28.6 sqm to 101.7 sqm, the units will go on sale for PLN 5,800 per sqm. The scheme will also include a green roof, storage rooms and parking for 91 cars. The project is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2016.
