Atalian Group is set to take over Metro Properties Services, one of Metro Properties group’s subsidiary responsible for technical and infrastructure services, as well as the environmental management. The pre-sale agreement was signed at the end of last month. The transaction still needs to be approved by Poland’s antitrust regulator.
“The decision to offload MSP is in line with our global strategy to focus on the core operations, such as strategic real estate portfolio management, project management and transactions,” said Jean-Christophe Bretxa, CEO of Metro Properties. A real estate property management specialist, Atal Group provides services to 25,000 of its clients, with 60,000 specialists working on ten European markets.
