French facility management group Atalian is taking over AB Facility, Penta’s facility management company. The deal will make Atalian a leader in the field in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia and will strengthen its position in Poland. Penta is withdrawing from the business it entered in 2011. The transaction is expected to close today, according to Hospodářské noviny. The sales price was not disclosed. AB Facility, with CZK 1.54bn in annual revenues in 2015, has 5,000 buildings in its management portfolio and employs 12,000 people.
