Key Biscayne-based ATCG has picked up a 91,872 sqf operations and call center which is fully leased and occupied by Comcast. Located at 15800 SW 25th Street in Miramar, the building is situated on an 11-acre parcel within the Miramar Center Business Park, just north of Interstate 75. The seller, Green Meadows Miramar, and Comcast undertook a $3 million capital improvement program earlier this year, improving the asset’s finishes and adding employee amenities. Once the construction is complete, the building will house multiple high-tech training rooms and demonstration laboratories in addition to the call center spaces. Built in in 2000 the asset features a raised call center floor, fiber to the building, hurricane resistant construction, a full battery UPS backup with generator and 650 surface parking spaces. Comcast, whose lease runs through 2026, self manages the property.
