Atelierul de Slăbit Opens Fourth Center in Bucharest at Timpuri Noi Square which marks a significant step in the expansion of Atelierul de Slăbit, further solidifying its position in the Tineretului-Timpuri Noi area with new beauty and rejuvenation treatments.

Active on the local market since 2008, Vastint Romania currently owns two premium office projects: Timpuri Noi Square and Business Garden Bucharest, each with three buildings and a total leasable area of 95,257 m².
The second phase of the Timpuri Noi Square development will add another 54,743 m² to the company’s leasable portfolio, increasing the total office and commercial space area of the mixed-use project by 50%, bringing Vastint Romania’s portfolio to 150,000 m².
