Atenor has completed the first building at its Aréna Business Campus in Budapest. The Belgian real estate developer is in the process of securing a residency permit for the 21,000 sqm building. Construction broke ground in 2018. The project will offer a total of 72,000 sqm of space in four buildings. Work is already underway on Building B, which is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of next year. Atenor has been present on the Budapest office market since 2008. “We further strengthen our Hungarian presence and successes with Aréna Business Campus. The leasing of Building A is in an advanced phase, we have signed lease contracts and letter of intents on nearly 40 percent of the building,” said Zoltán Borbély, country director of Atenor Hungary.
