The fourth phase of the class A+ Váci Greens office complex, located along the Váci corridor, has been handed over. Building D offers 15,647 sqm of space and is already 60 percent lease. Main tenants include Unilever, AON and ATOS. The office campus will be completed by Belgian developer Atenor within the next two to three years. The developer will add Buildings E and F. The scheme is being financed by Atenor’s own equity. Upon completion, Váci Greens will offer 130,000 sqm of office in six buildings.
