In a deal worth €63.75m, Atenor has sold the third building at the Váci Greens campus in Budapest to the Hungarian real estate fund OTP Prime Ingatlanbefektetesi Alap. This is Atenor’s third sale in Budapest. Building C at Váci Greens was sold to ZFP Investments, the Czech subsidiary of IAD Investments, at the end of last year, while Building A was acquired by a group of private Hungarian investors at the beginning of 2017. Atenor collected a total of €141m for the three sales. While the sale of Building C contributed to the company’s 2016 results, the sales of Building A and B will help boost its 2017 results.
