Atenor is selling the Hermes Business Center in Bucharest. Located on Boulevard Dimitrie Pompeiu, the project includes three buildings offering 73,180 sqm. The first building has been completed with the other two set for delivery in 2016 and 2017.
“Initial negotiations are underway for the sale of these buildings, but we can not specify an exact date at this time,” Atenor said in a statement.
Genpact signed a lease on 22,000 sqm in the project’s third building earlier this year. The first phase of the project was completed in Q1 2014 and is fully leased. The second building, set for completion in the first quarter of next year, has already secured a number of pre-leases. The third building will be completed in 2017 and will offer 30,000 sqm.
