The Belgian group Atenor secured a тВм30m from Garanti Bank to refinance the first building at its Hermes Business Campus in Bucharest. The developer was represented by JLL.
Hermes Business Campus offers approximately 78,000 sqm of office and retail space on Dimitrie Pompeiu boulevard. The first phase of the project was completed in the first quarter of 2014. The second phase of the project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2016. Atenor is developing Hermes Business Campus project through the company NGY Investment Properties.
