The Belgian real estate developer Atenor Group will resume work on its Hermes Business Campus this month, according to Mediafax. Atenor had stopped working on the Bucharest office project last year as the rental market worsened, but was encouraged when the capital’s office rental market saw a 6-percent increase in the first half of 2012.
Atenor has said it will invest around €150m in the office project, which will include 78,000 sqm with the first phase taking 17,000 sqm. The project is is going up in the capital’s Pipera area. Atenor bought the land from Electronica in 2008.
