Atenor secured a building permit for its @Expo project in Bucharest. The scheme will offer 49,000 sqm of leasable space. It will go up next to a future metro station, which will provide a direct link to Henri Coanda International Airport. The developer said it already signed a pre-lease with video game publisher Gameloft, which will take 4,800 sqm. The project, to go up in the northwestern part of the city, is aiming for BREEAM Excellent certification. Construction is scheduled to start this month.
