Atenor secured an occupancy permit for Building A at its Arena Business Campus in Budapest. The building offers 21,000 sqm of space and is the first of the project’s four office buildings to be completed. Construction broke ground in 2018. Currently, 40 percent of the space has already been leased. Work is already underway on Building B, which is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2021. “Our international expertise and experience enables us to develop our buildings in close cooperation with the authorities, creating a symbiosis with the environment and the citizens,” said Zoltán Borbély, country director of Atenor Hungary. Atenor has been present on the Budapest office market since 2008.
