Atenor sold the third building at its Váci Greens campus in Budapest to the Hungarian real estate fund OTP Prime Ingatlanbefektetesi Alap. Building B offers 25,300 sqm of office and 399 basement parking spots. The project was completed in March 2016 and is currently 65 percent leased. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. Atenor is planning to reinforce its presence on the Hungarian and Romanian real estate markets and recently broke ground on a new project called Dacia in Bucharest.
