Belgian real estate developer Atenor sold Váci Greens Building C to the Czech investment fund ZFP realitní fond (managed by ZFP Investments). The price of the deal was not disclosed. Building C was completed in 2015 and offers 18,500 sqm of office space. Váci Greens features six office buildings, totaling more than 120,000 sqm of class A office space. The scheme has already secured BREEAM certification. ZFP Investments is the Czech subsidiary of Slovak mutual fund manager IAD Investments. IAD currently has €420m worth of asset under management.
