A medical center operator and Costa Coffee took more than 700 sqm of space on the ground floor the Arena Business Campus in Budapest. The lease agreements were signed nearly a year before the project is set for completion. Atenor broke ground on the 72,000 sqm office campus last spring. The scheme, featuring 20,000 sqm of class A+ office space, was designed by Vikar and Lukacs Architects.
