Atenor is working on the last phase of its Váci Greens project in Budapest. Construction should be completed in the first half of 2016. The first building was completed in 2013 and is fully leased to companies such as General Electric, Sykes and Enterprise Communication. The second building opened in June 2015 and is also fully leased to General Electric. The whole complex will include five office and service buildings, each one with underground parking on three levels.
