PharmaS has acquired Fidifarm from the Atlantic Group. The price of the deal has not been disclosed. The Fidifarm portfolio includes Multivita and Dietpharm, Croatia’s leading diet supplements brand. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the year. Atlantic Group is disinvesting from its non-core business segments. “At PharmaS, we have found a partner who recognizes both the value of the Dietpharm brand and the people behind it, as well as the space for further business development, which makes us extremely pleased with this transaction,” said Lada Tedeschi Fiorio, vice president of business development and strategy at Atlantic.
