Atlantic Safety Products purchased a warehouse from Lexington Realty Trust on the west side of Jacksonville for $1.85 million. Located at 109 Stevens St., the 168,000-square-foot building sits on a 7.96-acre site. Atlantic Safety which manufactures protective gloves for the automotive industry plans to use the property as a distribution center for its products. The seller was represented by Newmark Grubb Phoenix principals Bryan Bartlett and John Richardson.
