Atlas Apartment Holdings completed the largest multifamily sale in Orlando this year. The company acquired two multifamily properties from Equity Residential with a combined 1,024 units for $150m. Alexandria Parc Vue at Lake Buena Vista is a 672-unit, 664,000-square-foot, garden-style apartment community located in southwest Orange County. Crowntree Lakes Apartments is a 352-unit, 382,000-square-foot, garden-style apartment community located in the Vista East area of Orange County.
Constructed in 2002 and 2008 respectively, the properties were 95 percent leased at the time of the sale. According to Costar, Atlas is planning on investing capital to improve the properties
