The Europe leading design company, ATP Architekten Ingenieure is to lease 2,400 sqm of office space in Seidlforum, a building located on the corner of Karlstrasse and Seidlstrasse in Munich. The company is set to move into its new office space at the beginning of 2015. The 20,000 sqm property was built in 2003 and is currently part of the hausInvest portfolio held by the open-ended real estate fund Commerz Real. The broker of the transaction was Colliers International Munich.
