Atradius has leased 1,500 sqm of office space in Tower B of The Warsaw HUB. The agreement is for seven years. The company will move in next June. The transaction was supported by JLL. The Warsaw HUB is going up at the Daszyńskiego roundabout in Warsaw’s Wola district. The investment will consist of three skyscrapers: a 86-meter hotel and two 130-meter office towers, which will be joined by a five-story foundation.
