Atrium European Real Estate took in €1.7m in rent over the first three months of 2012 at Militari Shopping Centre Bucharest, a 3.8 percent gain compared with the same period last year.
Gross revenues decreased by 9.2 percent, from €1.84m to €1.69 m, according to Austrian investor’s financial report. Atrium holds two other plots in Romania in Arad and Constanta.
The main shareholder of Atrium European Real Estate is a group of Israeli investors Gazit Globe, who took over the company in 2008 when it was named Meinl Land.
The group operates in several states in the region, respectively Romania, Czech Republic, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Turkey, Bulgaria, Georgia and Ukraine.
