Atrium was named property manager of Belgrade Waterfront Residences, the first two buildings completed in the large-scale Belgrade Waterfront development. Located next to the Sava River, the two towers offer 296 apartments as well as a swimming pool, gym, kindergarten, two large lounging terraces restaurants, cafes, and a children’s indoor playground. There will also be security, property management, housekeeping, concierge, pet walking and babysitting services.
