The Chilean-based chain Atton Hotels is set to open its first U.S. property in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami. The $65 million development at 1500 Southwest First Avenue will feature 275 guest rooms and suites, 6,000 sqf of flex meeting space and 177 parking spaces. Atton, which operates in Chile, Peru and Colombia bought the 40,000 sqf site in 2013 for $6.3 million. The company is aiming for LEED certification for the 12 story building.
