Atxa has acquired the Podavines de Amara building located in San Sebastián-Donostia for €10m. The property, offering 9,534 sqm of above ground space with an additional 1,560 sqm below ground, has been vacant for one and a half years. Its last tenant was Spain’s Social Security Department. The land is zoned residential, and Atxa said it is planning to convert the property into a residential scheme.
