The real estate company Aurelis has acquired an industrial and commercial park called Industriegebiet am Neckar located on Salzstrasse in Heilbronn. The cost of the property has not been disclosed as of yet but market sources claims that the vendors are two family offices in Stuttgart. The 15,800 sqm site offers production facilities, a workshop site, storage as well as two office buildings. The property is leased to 13 tenants, including automotive supplier and a marketing agency.
