Aurelis Real Estate has acquired a plot in Böblingen/Sindelfingen for its Gate 41 project. The plot, located in Flugfeld-Allee, covers 6,000 sqm. The planned mixed-use scheme will offer 16,000 sqm of office and multi-functional space. Construction is scheduled to start in early 2019, with completion set for the the end of 2020. The architect studio schmidtploecker planungsgesellschaft mbH is in charge of the design.
