Aurelis Real Estate acquired the Ammerthalstrasse commercial park in Kirchheim-Heimstetten, near Munich, from Union Investment. The investment, valued at €30m, was held in the Unilmmo: Europe open-ended fund. Realogis, the GSK law firm and Deloitte advised Union Investment. Ammerthalstrasse sits on a 41,5000 sqm site divided into three sections offering 28,700 sqm of constitute warehouse and office space. The park is 90 percent leased.
