Aurelis is planning to develop a new office project in Duisburg, western Germany. Designed by Kohl & Fromme Architekten, the Duisburg Central Office property will offer approximately 12,000 sqm of space on four floors. The building applications has been submitted. After securing an anchor tenant, construction could begin by the middle of this year. The ground floor of Duisburg Central Office will offer services and a small bistro, while the fourth floor will feature terraces.
