Aurelius Group sold two hotels in Munich’s Isarvorstadt and Nymphenburg districts to a private investment group. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The ownership rights are scheduled to transfer by the end of 2016. Aurelius bought the two properties, as well as three other hotels in Munich, Hanover, and Braunschweig, in 2011 from Deutsche Annington. It has since sold all the properties. Aurelius expects its EBITDA for 2015 to exceed €220m.
